Absolutely beautiful view of the Plaza de Armas. Food was good with big portions. The appetizer was delicious, it was big enough it could have been my entire meal. Take the elevator inside the Katari Hotel to the floor and then go up one more floor by the stairs. There are about tables or so, on a terrace overlooking the Plaza de Armas.
