We visited Chara Tacos near San Francisco Street in Arequipa after an early show. We were not very hungry and wanted some light. We had no soft tacos yet, so we have nothing to compare, but we loved them. Fresh, warm and inexpensive. The owner is polite and can speak very good English. His daughter also works with him.
