we had a really excellent evening in the octavine. the long menu felt like visiting the toskana and its traditions produced on very innovative and creative wise, centered on local and seasonal (delicious). it felt very respectful of history and land and very personally at the same time (an amazing balance the wee pairing was perfect and the service also. Caught our attention as it claims to serve traditional and local food without too many amendments. My girlfriend is pregnant so they've done of course some modifications to the tasting menu.
