Mcdonald's - Argos

Horrible service. The lady at nights sucks. On 5/1/24. She gets on the com says I’m super busy I’ll get to when I can. We wait and wait. Then they start taking the other peoples orders that just drove up. We order a Carmel frappe and Carmel ice coffee he says yes he has it. She said nope the machine is broken I haven’t had time to fix it and probably won’t. This isn’t the first time for her. They were not busy. Another night I ordered 2 chicken sandwich’s nuggets and burgers I had to return my whole order because she made the come out and check my bag for a chicken sandwich that wasn’t there and it took 20 minutes in the pouring rain. My kids food was cold by that time and when they refunded my money it was the wrong amount. So if they could get 0 stars I would give that. It’s ashame because this store use to be decent.

Food was cold by the time we got it one of the people serving us was rude to customers and other employees

Waited 25 minutes for a burger and small fry. Just for the fries to be cold.

Drive thru took longer than it should have and they didn't offer us any ketchup or napkins. I thought they might be short staffed on a Friday night but then I watched an employee clean the empty lobby while we waited in the drive through. fries were hot but soft, no crisp.

Their coffee is always great. That's the main thing I always order.
