I have eaten on 12 of the current TX Monthly Top 50 bbq spots, others that are brilliant, but not in current Top 50, and other great places around the country. I'd consider myself a pretty decent bbq snob. The bride I bought today from 407 BBQ is the best bride I've ever eaten. Humidity level was not the charts, was just fork.
