The hotel is lovely and has history and a good atmosphere. The rooms are lovely and if your lucky to experience the beautiful view from your window! We were welcomed with friendly staff always up for a blether and very helpful. What User doesn't like about Loch Long:
Just back after 2 nights here with coach party. No porterage here and rooms a bit difficult to find . Think they are doing place up gradually. Need more cleaning staff . Also new towels. Staff lovely and rushed off their feet. Food not good, fish and chip place across the road or the Village Inn about a mile up the road good. One of the Chefs had walked out day we had dinner.
