Some of the worst service you’ll ever find. Made customers who were looking for lunch and drinks feel like we were an inconvenience for even stepping foot in the place. Also swiftly kicked out a 4 year old child who was in the company of her parents so they could order said food and drinks, but let a dog run wild through the pub. "My husband booked us here on a Saturday afternoon. Greeted warmly from Glen and seated promptly. Our drink order was taken and time given to look over the menu. Good variety of food choices to choose from at reasonable prices. My husband had the chicken...strips and I chose the black pudding fritters, both were lovely. For mains my husband chose the steak pie which he highly recommended and I had the king scallops and mash, which were amazing. Pudding was the biscoff cheesecake and Eton mess Sunday, both were delicious. Would highly recommend and would return if back in the area."
