"Convenient location, opposite distillery. Cosy, with about 8 tables indoors. Good selection of cooked food and bakes. I had the bagel with scrambled egg and smoked salmon. It was so good I visited again and had the same. Treated myself to a fruit scone too on the 2nd trip. Generous with raisins etc. Good with butter."

"Great service. Had a cheddar and tomato toasty. The cheese was nicely stretchy. The tea was lovely. Thoroughly enjoyed the empires biscuit. The quince ice cream was super interesting. The steak pie was also lovely and flavor and flaky in pastry."

"Enjoyed a takeaway from this very good chippy in Oban. Chips, spring rolls, peas all great, my wife's cod was a bit tough, disappointing when the price of fish is so high. Still, as I'm not a fish eater, I would definitely return!"
