"Convenient location, opposite distillery. Cosy, with about 8 tables indoors. Good selection of cooked food and bakes. I had the bagel with scrambled egg and smoked salmon. It was so good I visited again and had the same. Treated myself to a fruit scone too on the 2nd trip. Generous with raisins etc. Good with butter."

"Great service. Had a cheddar and tomato toasty. The cheese was nicely stretchy. The tea was lovely. Thoroughly enjoyed the empires biscuit. The quince ice cream was super interesting. The steak pie was also lovely and flavor and flaky in pastry."

"We were in Oban and our tour guide recommended Waterfront Fishouse. First, make a reservation if you are dining at night. We did but arrived substantially early yet they were very accommodating. We were on the second floor. It was crowded and a bit stuffy. I felt the first floor was a bit more open. Unfortunately I do not remember the exact dishes we had. I did have mussels for an appetizer, which I could have had a second round for my main. The food was delicious. All of the fish was very fresh and cooked to perfection! If I am in Oban again I will definately come back!"
