"Very old country vibe. One whole walk has thier huge menue on it. Very friendly staff. Doesn't lookin like much from outside BUT it's entirely different inside. Very comfortable, large tables well lit.Process were reasonable and the food.... the food was great. Very, very tender n nice flavor but not over powering at all. Portions were good and I thought the home made fries were a knock out! My wife had the loaded baked potatoe loved it. She could not eat an of it. I had the sample platter with ribs, 1/4 chicken slices of brisket, Cole slaw fries. Just fantastic.We've driven by this place for years and never stopped in....we should have!We'll be making this a stop much more often as we travel thru MaGehee.Highly recommended...."

"Stop in Scott, the home of Delta and Pine Land, now Bayer. In the old Napa Auto Parts, there is 5 O'Clock on Deer Creek. A great spot for the BIG Bubba beef!!! Not sure if the museum's hours and Bubba's hours will overlap, but it is a neat history of Deltapine which used to even have their own beef line. BYOB except he does have beer. Seriously, make it part of your visit, or a part of your life. Val will take real good care of you too. Food: 5"
