The hygiene level does not seem to meet the standards in this shop. You watch over the counter (as you wait for your order) as if they have to do with gold mines. The secret is that they do not like that customers look in the open kitchen. These guys do not know what hand washing, hand sanitising, equipment sanitising, work top sanitising.
