Mcdonalds - Arklow

Recently used the Drive-Thru for two meals and when I got home the order was wrong. Jumped back in my car and parked away from queue and went straight to order speakerphone (excusing myself to a very understanding car driver who was about to order). The young man at the other end was totally uninterested in my plight and told me to join the queue. I refused as there were maybe six cars queuing at that stage. He said I should phone and ask for the manager. Again I refused and he insisted I join the queue but I told him that if I had to join the queue I’d block the queue for as long as it took to get satisfaction and that he could call the Gardai if necessary. Finally he told me to move to the next service window where my complaint would be dealt with. I did as instructed and eventually they agreed to replace the incorrect part of the order! I had to remonstrate again to get the entire order replaced as the outside temp was close to freezing point. Dreadful customer service and incidentally, the meal was cold anyway. Never again.

Went in with my wife and grandchild Theo, the place is spotless and the service and food are superb.we were so impressed with Brigid who is brilliant at her job and could not do enough to help,noticed as well she was mopping the floor in between serving customers,will definitely be back.Brigid and Melissa are great at their job,many thanks.

Without doubt the worst coffee in arklow the staff refuse to put cold milk into coffee the only option is plastic containers containing some kind of chemical supposed to imitate milk. It takes six non recyclable plastic containers of this chemical **** to fill a coffee the fact that they can’t even make a coffee should tell you all you need to know about the food avoid establishment at all costs

The worst food I've ever had burgers were cold toilets filthy staff rude 1 member staff hand down trousers scratching her arse really hygienic wouldn't even give it a one upallnite been sick

Very rude staff got the toppings on my burger wrong and when I asked for it changed, the woman serving me sighed and made a big deal of it, if they would have got my order right in the first place there wouldn’t of been any need for it
