This hotel is in the heart of the hotel, the reception was the hottest, the staff is in small care. the small personalized word in the room, all the amenities of the room were very pleasant. decoration, furniture, everything is sumptuous, a real journey in design. chocolates were removed from room during cleaning on day. No big deal. Asked to have them refilled. never happened. widow kept on opening due to wind. no way of securing it. Lights did not work properly. Not all switches did the job. lighting in room very poor and uncomfortable. Great concern on my impression that the shoe mitts are bring reused.
