Mixing up my wine was quickly forgotten with the excellent fare. Had the poached cod and terrine. The presentation was ornate. The accompanying sauce stole the show. Small potatoes and vegetables were fine. Had the Fromage du Mas du trident honeycomb [per the bill] for a light cheese plate for dessert with some greens and grapes. What AFPZurich doesn't like about NORD PINUS:
This hotel is right in the center of town and full of history. Cocteau, Picasso and the likes stayed there. It has been greatly decorated on one feels the history in every room. Excellent ambiance, but a bit pricey. View all feedback.
