I have driven by this place many times. We went there last night for dinner. The food, service, and atmosphere was tremendous! I highly recommend this establishment. We will be back. What Cass doesn't like about 1481 Grille:
We tried 1481 since we wanted to have a bite before the football game. Very warm hospitality greeting and enjoyed the hostess giving the evening specials. That young lady was phenomenal. Waitress must have been fairly new as she didn't know much on drink menu. My wife had the chicken chorizo, which she enjoyed. I tried the prime rib which to me was under flavored. I hadn't been here in years and came when visiting my family. We were a large table, and our server was great. Lots of options on the menu. Several of us ordered the salmon special, but the salmon was dry and flavorless. It came with a bun and couscous, both of which were good. We got the Badger Buns for dessert; they were delicious! Food was ok. but overpriced. Place was empty at 8pm that’s never a good sign! There was 6 of us it seamed like we was on display with all the gawking from the waiter. I’ll give it a 2 star because of the food. Service: Dine in
It’s been two years since I was last here so I knew I needed to come back. Sadly they were out of the prime rib when I got there, but those lamb chops were to die for. They just melted in your mouth and we’re perfectly seasoned. Will definitely have to come back to get the prime rib soon though. As always, excellent food and excellent service.
