"Honest review here:First time visit was 6/24; Saturday evening. As an avid sushi eater, this is a solid place. However, I was by no means blown away. This is absolutely a bandwagon restaurant. If your party is bigger than 2, you can expect a 1.5 hour wait, at minimum. They don’t take reservations and despite what they may tell you on the phone, they really can’t accommodate a large party. If you’re planning on trying to go here for any sort of celebration or event and intend to have a party larger than 4, I highly recommend reconsidering. The place is simply too small. They want you in and out, regardless of how long you’ve had to wait. That was made very clear. The sushi was of good quality, but no higher than many other places I have been, and the hand rolls contained far more rice than fish. If you’re in the area, don’t mind overpaying, and have some time on your hands, I would say check it out. It is good food. It’s just not great. The overall authentic experience and lack of competition is likely what has made this place so popular. As Fort Worth grows and more high end sushi restaurants open, this company will absolutely need an alternate approach."
