The ramen here is amazing! The broth is was flavorful I wanted something spicy so I ordered the tan-tan ramen and it didn't disappoint. The egg was runny and had a lot of toppings, the meat had a nice texture to it and had flavor. However I would like if they added a bit more meat to the shoyu ramen. Order one of their SPICY bowls. It looked beautiful. Once I tried it the broth was sweet. Bamboo shoots were sweet, the egg was extremely salty also sweet. The egg is usually my favorite part and I love salty food but that was too much. Went with another person and their bowl was a lot better but I'd say still average. The waiter was wonderful.
