This place is incredible. Wife and I started with cocktails Monkey Business and the Old Fashioned made with Elijah Craig. Our appetizer was the incredible artisan bread with house butter. We shared the 28 day aged prime cowboy cut bone in rib eye, withthe mixed vegetables and Yukon gold potatoes followed by cheesecake for dessert. What Shane Colon doesn't like about Cut Bourbon:
While restaurant was nice, I feel it's only considered upscale because of location. I frequently dine at upscale locations, this left much to be desired. The hotel it's attached too is nice extremely close to the sports facilities. The traffic through the restaurant is heavy from the hotel, breaking ambiance.
