"I spend a lot of time at a lot of coffee shops. Flying Squirrel has not only a cute atmosphere and friendly employees, but the BEST coffee I have had in the Fort Worth area. (I don't go to Dallas so who knows about them. I was so impressed with the quality of the roast and the bright, fruity flavor of their Costa Rican coffee, I was moved to write this review. Staff was helpful, even giving us a great lunch recommendation for a joint across the street that had excellent street tacos. I don't live in Mansfield but I will definitely make the drive to come here again. Seriously I mean it when I say this is the best coffee I've had in the area. Worth the trip, no question."

"Order their delivery via Doordash at your own risk. I have not put any ice cream for my drink, and it was delivered with ice cream, although the sticker said no ice cream above. They also did not contain the straw or the sauce. It literally shows 4 sauces glued to the reception on the pocket. Now my children and I are stuck with dry frits. I wish they had followed directions. I wish they had just read the reception. It's not the fault of the scissors because the bag was sealed. You just didn't taste the attention that sucks for me."

"Completely delicious! My husband is the quintessential meat and potatoes man, while I am a vegetarian. It's HARD to find fine dining that satisfies us both, but this place left us both breathless as we relished bite after bite. The staff were warm and attentive without being pretentious. The sangria was excellent, and my desert, the passion fruit mousse, was the perfect finish to complete a fabulous experience."
