Coming from someone who grew up eating fresh fish in Hawaii, Yume Sushi had some of the best fish I've ever had on the mainland. The dishes are creative, the fish is so fresh, and the service is awesome! While you can really rack up the costs by ordering lots of the fancier special dishes, they also have pieces and rolls that are quite reasonable. Got the chef tasting menu, fish was good quality, but unfortunately there was too many pieces that had truffle or truffle oil and caviar, which overpowered all the fish flavors.
