I always enjoy my meals at Birch River Grilll. Unfortunately the chicken was forgotten from my BRG mac and cheese which is creamy and delicious. My husband liked his club sandwich. The soups, fish and seafood are always good as is the reuben. The ambiance is nice and the restaurant is well-decorated. There is a bar and lounge area. I was not unhappy with the evening, it was quite private, the on valentines night was a good advantage. the service was excellent; the drinks were average. the salads were great, my wife had salmon, which was good was not great. I had a steak and the sides were great, but the steak was just good. excellent cut very delicate, but the meat was prepared in a pfeffer sauce that overwhelmed it. not unhappy, but not dared. read more.
