Normally I would never evaluate a Dunkin’ donuts, but the man who works the passing window on the weekday morning, I think his name is oscar, literally puts a smile on my face every time I visit. He's so kind and he's gone out of his way to make her better tomorrow. also the coffee and breakfast sandwiches were always delicious at this place. oscar deserves an increase in salary. It was fine only that the donuts were not new, I mean soft
Drove via drive thru, waiting to place order, suddenly hear a voice, I said good morning, she still says ok what can I get for you? I said again good morning and placed order. The lady who took my order was devika or somethingsimilar, it's indian lady who strongly has issues with good morning. If so is the case, why wouldnt the managers place suchemployees at positions where they dont have to face customers?
Every time I go here it tastes awful. I will literally have to stop buying. Ordered the pumpkin signature iced latte and is nothing like they picture it. They won?t even add the toppings shown on the menu.

He is so friendly and goes out of his way to make yourmorning better. Also the coffee and breakfast sandwiches have always been tasty at this location. Oscar deserves a raise.
Loved hitting the drive thru when I worked over there. Super friendly service, order always correct and fresh.
