When we arrive no on greeted us to be seated. We where handed an menu and told to sit wherever. Had to to go up to order as it we had been waiting 15 mins- it is meant to be table service. Ordered and it took 35 mins for a basic lunch to arrive. Chips were clearly under cooked and when we mentioned it they said that the fryer was playing up. We received no apology.
