I just stopped by this restaurant. It was close to closing time and they offered to make anything fresh for me that they were out of. I asked for the string bean chicken and they made me a fresh batch and ended up giving me the rest that was in the wok because they said at the end of the night it is thrown away so instead of wasting it.
