Completely impersonal service. Like robots that set food on counter and run away so they don't have to help you. On multiple visits we watch customer after customer go up to get food and then have to get someone's attention to fix a problem or supply the drink cup they forgot to set out. I used to go to taco bell a lot. Especially when they had mexican pizza. They recently came back with the Mexican pizza. So I got one to eat. I was so disappointed.
