Me sorprendió bastante. Instalaciones bonitas y limpias, con unas vistas espectaculares, ni que hablar de la comida una paella muy buena y un atendimiento de lo mejor, de todo el personal, pero sobre todo del chico que nos atendio , Sergio. Musica muy buena. Recomendable visitar.

Celebramos una despedida de soltera, y no apostábamos mucho por la comida, pero nos sorprendió gratamente todo, la atención del personal en general, el lugar,y si se puede tener estas vistas y aún así la comida ser buena, Matías con mucha paciencia para que todo saliera a nuestro gusto. Salimos muy contentas y éramos 18… que no es fácil sorprender a todas!!! Fue un día inolvidable!!! Gracias a todo el personal que hizo posible nuestra celebración!!!

We waited for someone to sit at the entrance for 5 minutes, as the turtle mentioned to wait to be here. No one came and we have to go into the bar where everyone waits to ask for a table. for the server that come for 15 minutes and another 20-25 minutes to get the drinks. we went to take them from the bar and were asked as additional glasses, the waitress seemed upset so that we made them from the bar with serviettes that were not provided. we recognized due errors from the servers that bring the drinks to others, and the two men next to us had to wait an hour to get a bottle of wine. when the waiter finally came to check on them because we asked (we were embarrassed to see them sitting without a drink for an hour), he brought them two empty glasses with some chips, 5-10 minutes later, the bottle wein and 5-10 minutes later the ice cup. we wanted to talk to the manager of the lounge as we wanted to give him our feedback. he apologised and began to talk like: it is a busy day, my waitress thought she was already celebrating, I can understand that they wait when they are far away from the main area, I also heard that other tables complain, a new management coming from tomorrow and hopefully they will be better than we, etc. we then asked what could be done about the bill but he offered us an additional one. he went to check with his colleague and when he came back, he mentioned that an additional table had a problem with the service. he said that the best he could do was give us a 20% discount value of 5 and his details to contact him next time to get a better table and better service. he was then surprised that he was able to offer a 19 drink, but in only 5 discounted. he replied that he could not do the best. we paid and left the visit card as we could not come back, as he could not manage the situation and learn from the situation. in another note the mocktails are actually smoothing and the description is not on the menu.
