Comida caseira, recomendo o arroz de polvo que é muito saboroso! Também servem deliciosos salames e presuntos como “Entradas”. Em geral a comida era muito boa!

Home made food, I recommend the “arroz de polvo” it is so flavorsome! Also they serve delicious salami and ham as “Entradas”. In general the food was very good!

"Try tomatada com pezinhos (pigs feet in tomato), pigs cheeks, bacalhau à braz, whatever's on the menu it is all great; and treat yourself with the day's soup, it is always fantastic (generally a veggies pure with chunky bits); although this is an incredibly low key place, better to book because it's very small and always full; the owner is the waiter, he may not come across as the nicest person at first, but that's bcs he's serious and he is attentive and nice person"

"If you want a simple tastey steak come here!! I wished I had taken a photo of my steak when it arrived but all I can now show you is the empty plate.... Freshly cooked Tastey Big Not a single bit of fat.. Yet silky smooth, knife cuts through like a hot knife through butter... Steak comes with fresh fried potato and salad... Trust me, up there in the best 5 steaks I've ever eaten.... Enjoy"

"Being the only costumer at a winter Sunday night, I asked first for a recommendation. Anything on the card I was told. Let´s have it then: entrecosto frito (crusty fried pork ribs), and migas de batata (potato puré Alentejo stile, garlic, and a slight fry in a pan). The migas were sort of ok, the pork ribs and sausages, not ok at all, not freshly made. Bad day?! I 've eaten here better food, but all in all, average."
