I'm from Sacramento and I was visiting my sister and her husband. They wanted to try this pho place out and so we did. They only use waygu meat for their pho. The broth was delicious and meat was tender. We also ordered a few other dishes and the sizzling waygu carpaccio which was yummy and they fired it up in front of us which was pretty cool. We waited for more than an hour and didn’t get a table despite being promised the wait is short.Yelp waitlist shows 12-24 minutes but JMP one were monitoring the tablet.
