This was our first visit for some time to this garden centre restaurant/cafe and it was nice to be met at the entrance to it by staff and taken to our table. We were served very quickly with our hot drinks arriving soon after along with my toasted t cake. Superb quality Kendricks coffee with friendly staff. We have been coming here on and off for a good many years, and in general, the overall experience has been good. However, over a longer period of time, I have noticed a consistent lack of attention given by staff, usually after being seated, and then having to wait quite some time before they come to take your order.
