"Stop by the drive thru when paying at the window I was told there’s a 5 min wait to park at a spot I was okay with that I understand that because that’s what I was told but a 20 min wait with no apology is ridiculous. You would think being a 20 min wait they would get your order right it’s not like I had a big order literally was just a cub meal and a plate."

"Great service and exceptional speed. My only complaint on this particular visit was that the 'OPEN ' sign was not illuminated. At first glance, I assumed this location was closed. While I sat in the parking lot phoning another location, someone else happened to pull the door open in view of my parking space. If not for that, this location would have lost my sale to a competing franchise, but only for the night. I really do love this location."

"Called 3 times Sunday March 5th 2023 at 7pm and no one answered. We pulled up as I was on the phone and 2 girls were there but decided not to pick up the phone. Closing time was 9pm that night. The bowls were good but if they don 't want to work past 7pm because they cleaned up already then maybe they should close at 7pm."

"I miss their old location on Niles, but it's worth the extra 1.5 miles to get here. The Cowboy is our favorite, and their gluten free pizza is really good too. And for dessert try the cinnamon wheel...amazing!"
