I spent a shameful amount of this panettone on vacation. do they regret it? that was worth every penny I paid for. unfortunately my man noticed the beautiful box on the kitchen table and I was forced to share it with him. Dove to the three delicious chocolates, arrived punctual and in good condition. has a long yeast and therefore is very soft. chocolate present and evident with milk and dark chocolate, white is not seen much. the goto is delicious and not too sweet, so you can get bitten after bite. the weight is 750 grams and the cost of 38€, i.e. on average the great national yeast, also correct for the quality of the products used. recommended.
Besides being a really nice place, the products are all excellent, from bread to wineries for breakfast, to the cafeteria. the great yeasts are particularly interesting: the bauletti in this period, panettoni, colombe and pandori when the parts arrive. ranging from classic gorges to niche and captivating combinations, such as licorice and lemon from last Christmas. the doughs stand out for how soft and humid they are adequately, for the leavening managed with skill and the excellent quality of the ingredients, starting from the products candied produced by the laboratory itself. even the pastries disappoint, from the monopoly offered as dessert to dinner, to the mignon and the cakes to take away. everything is always treated in appearance, combinations and balance of flavors. a dessert after a pizza here does not weigh and does not appear excessive. Finally, it is worth visiting also the restaurant/pizzeria. pizzas are particularly light, with a smooth and seasoned pasta in an interesting and balanced way. in short, from olive trees you can go on the safe everything you take.

I finally tried the pastry shop of this famous pastry shop. I must say that packaging and packaging are very well present the product, transforming the opening into a rite. the dough is soft, the beautiful yellow texture, the candied quality and the exceptional goto. maybe 50€/kg is not for everyone.
