I?m a regular at Ginza, I place $100 orders weekly with this place for my office. I ordered a role of sushi that tasted way too fishy for my likeing and immediately called to get a replacement. The manager hung up on me after saying that it was fresh. I was completely shocked because I wasn?t arguing or being difficult. All I wanted was a new role.
