The English-language reviews of Bistro 0-19 all give it high marks for serving good, varied food and drink at reasonable prices. I agree. Plus, if you are staying at the Novum Post Hotel, you can charge your bill to your room, which simplifies things. View all feedback.

We are staying at the hotel next door but were unable to check in due to the early time so we went here to sit and get a bite to eat while we waited. We actually parked across the street at the mall and walked over.When we walked in we were not greeted and finally I asked the lady at the bar if it was seat yourself. She said yes.
