Great concept. 1 menu and zero extras. Society is chasing the spectacle. Our world need more Grotto like the Baldoria. I love that simple life style. Efficiency is better. Less food ending in robish bags. So much fun to see reactions from surprised peoples there. They open at 12 o clock and not open the doors bevor.
