Burrito Bar - Ascot

Disgusting staff members looking greasy and rude. Our food was under cooked and cold. No staff member wanted to talk to us as I approached counter to get a new order and they refused to give a refund or money back. See a group of people coming in I’m assuming they were family as hugs were exchanged. They all sat down food and drinks were flowing out of the kitchen. These people didn’t even look at the menu or ask for anything. They will look after their friend or family but not paying customers. Oh I added the wings I got that looks like something out of a babies nappy. Disgusting and not cooked!!!

Before I had even looked to order I was engaged with “What do you want” I then asked if I could make my own, I was met with “we don’t do that” the woman (child like behaviour) was so not interested in having me as a customer that when I said I’m sorry You are extremely rude she proceeded to tell me “who cares” I mentioned that maybe a call to the owner would increase her customer service, she said go for it. Gee whiz I hope they are aware and in the process of educating that person. Let’s say this, I was their only potential customer within the next 30mins. It wasn’t bustling. Probably the most disappointing service I have received in 30 years, and the reviews on this place show that. Horrible....if the owner wants to call me or contact me do so.

Very poor service by Andrew and Eisha. They didn’t “put in” the neighbouring table’s order. “Ran out” of lime for our margaritas but then magically produced some after we asked about it. Won’t be returning.

The food at this place was very good. We had a rack of ribs and although it was obvious it was reheated, the sauce made it a very nice meal. There isn’t much ambience in the restaurant as it’s more a takeaway place. The food tasted great and their spicy BBQ sauce is delicious.

Drinks were served to our table 5 mins after being seated. Good food service excellent as well. The Restaurant was clean tidy
