"Went here few weeks ago for the first time. Owner was welcoming, helpful and accommodated our needs. We wanted one of our dish a bit spicy and they made it perfect. We were on the fence about ordering spring rolls and ordered it anyways at the last moment. The decision we do not regret at all. They were fresh and the best spring rolls we have had. That gave us a glimpse of whats coming next.Loved the food so much that we have done take ways few times after. Can't go wrong with any of their dishes. But above all their customer service is top notch. Great little place to go and get comfort food.Highly recommended."

"I live in Hamilton and only tried this place for the first time the other day because someone said how good it is. They were not wrong . The place was buzzing on a saturday lunch time , packed out with a lot of asian faces .so it must be good. I was put in the only available space for a lone diner up at the bar where the action is , I do not mind that ...it felt good to be close to it. The waitresses were on the ball handling the service efficiently and with a smile. The friendly sushi chef took my lunchtime special order and made it promptly a big bowl of sashimi that was fresh and delicious and great value for $20. With it came a bowl of rice and miso soup. Payment was swift sevice was great food was very good ...all the other dishes going out looked good too . I will return to try other dishes soon . Thank you for being a great new find close to where I live."

"We visited on a weekday so were able to get a park in the nearby street. This is a large open cafe with outside seating, and plenty indoors. The male waiter/owner? was a wee bit officious insisting we sit at a tiny table for 2 (not enough room folks, and the table too high for comfortable dining) even tho there were heaps of empty tables around. Why? The waitress was friendly and efficient tho. We ordered onion rings ($6.50) which were delish- crispy and tasty. I had Eggs Ben-Addictive ($18.50) with smoked fish, which was trevalla according to the wall tiles. The fish was moist and smoky but cold which surprised me a bit; I guess I was expecting it to be warm for some reason. I loved that it came without bread, but was on a delicious potato gratin instead. My coffee was good and strong.Hubby had the Nundah Grill ($22.50)- (with added halloumi,) beans, tomato, and great bread. I found the beans very sweet but good. Hubby would have liked some chilli, and less sugar. Mushrooms were beautifully grilled, and the halloumi flavoursome. He drank Buderim ginger beer.All up, a very tasty lunch in an interesting space - I loved the blue tiles! and you can check out the goings-on in the street. We will return."

"Suboptimally visited with a smashed b-i-l in tow (out in public in his PJs so this became a pash- -dash takeaway mission rather than the indulgent fish chip experience we craved. <br/ <br/ The food we ordered was still very pleasant:<br/ salt pepper calamari<br/ chips w chicken salt <br/ potato cakes<br/ half dozen oysters <br/ <br/ It was:<br/ nicely presented<br/ cooked well, not oily <br/ delivered fast (thank god! <br/ chicken salt chip perfection <br/ beautifully tender salt pepper calamari<br/ <br/ In an ideal world we would have:<br/ indulged in the homemade packaged sauces <br/ murdered the tuna on the menu<br/ tried another fish variety with either the panko sesame crumb or Newstead amber ale beer batter (how good does that sound? <br/ got some Moreton Bay bugs<br/ sampled a burger<br/ dined in.<br/ <br/ So many unrequited options!<br/ <br/ Still rate this experience but next time will come sans family liabilities, promise!"

"I have eaten here many times. The golden bags and golden cups are amazing. I have not been disappointed by their food at all. The only negative is it is a bit more expensive and they have put the prices up over the last couple of years. However, the cost of it is definitely worth it."
