Great place to visit for a meal before a concert at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre.Staff are very friendly and the prices are reasonable. I ordered the battered flathead & chips - they were cooked to perfection. Service is quick and they also offered pension discounts to the seniors in our group. The Homestead has a long history with us, we used to come here to see bands in the 80"s so on a whim we popped in for lunch. The Tavern offers great value $15 lunches, cheap & cheerful.The steak sandwich was good with tender steak and salad, the Chicken Para wasn't exceptional but neither was it bad.
