"After very nice lunch, I have forgot my wallet on the chair. It was almost 1 hour when I realized and camed back, until then was keeped by the restaurant manager. Many, many thanks, You spared me a lot of suffer."

"It is beautiful and there is a secret garden under the ground floor of the restaurant. Service was nice employees were gentle / polite. They were also spoken English. The prices were NOT high. The place was so friendly."

"The food is very good. The service depends on who your waitress is. One tried to get rid of us at the door. After 10min waiting we found a table ourselves and the lady who was serving was awesome."

"One of the best pubs in Plovdiv. Yes, it's Pub: Like the ones in Great Britain. It has a great beer garden for your summer collections. Decoration is very cool. Plays beautiful rock music all the time. The staff is supercool. Prices are reasonable."

"Horrible service from Alyssa. She was not attentive at all. No refills on drinks never cleared any of appetizer plates before dinner. Dinner wait was long. Meals came out in three different waves so no one ate at the same time. 2 meals came out wrong with out our requests. After complaining and manager intervention she continued to avoid our table. Was there for my son’s birthday and planned to have a birthday desert but could not connect with her to request. She sent a desert to the table without talking to us and unfortunately it had nuts and strawberries which my son is allergic to. No apologies given. Had to go get outlet check ourselves because she stayed MIA."

"Perfect and friendly staff. Food is delicious the menu has recently been changed and renovated. Also the surroundings. Prices also went up, but considering the recent war in Ukraine, it is no surprise. Can only recommend it especially if you have children in their early years. You can turn off your dinner and the children on the nearby children's playground. Enjoy it."
