My family and I recently visited this restaurant and ordered a puppaccino for our dog, a frappuccino, and a nitro cold brew for ourselves. The cold brew and puppaccino were satisfactory, and the service was good. However, I believe they mistakenly made my frappuccino a triple chocolate, making it nearly impossible to drink. I waited 10 minutes for my latte, even though there was no line. The girl with the pigtail was taking new orders without serving the customers in front of me. I ended up being late to work because of this. I will be going to a different Starbucks in the future. View all feedback.
