"Poor service. Thought we would give this restaurant a go but it's definitely not kid friendly. (I had my 3 year old niece with me and my sister in law) she was a little bit in front of the door and the waitress was a super rude to us telling us she wants her in a high chair. She's almost 4. She doesn't sit in a high chair. What are you smokin' lady? Waitress looks cracked out of her mind with bags under her eyes. Nobody's cooking anything for anyone they're just standing around. Went to DQ for a lovely meal instead and got 5 star service right to our table by a gentlemen behind the counter."

"For years my family has been stopping here when they pass through to visit me and they bring a full pie with them. I recently visited on my way to see them. Seems this place is more than just pies!!! They have so much and worth checking out. Where they didn’t get a fifth star was the sandwich with crumbling potato bread which is heavy. It missed the mark for me. The single slice pie was also disappointing. The apple was watery and flavourless yet tastes like sugar. Unfortunately in the half I consumed, I crunch down into a seed and a stem. despite my recent experience I will continue to recommend this place and likely still stop in on my way to visit family."

"This A&W is part of a gas station and sits on a highway that you could take from Whistler and move towards Calgary. The entire place is run down and because it is, it seems very dirty. The small counter that A&W operates and its surrounding area looks dirty. Mrs did not want anything ordered from it. Kids had some regular breakfast stuff from A&W. The food, nothing wrong with it. They did mess up the order which we luckily saw before we drove off. They corrected right away. I am hoping that inside the kitchen they maintained the standards. I am not too optimistic. The bathroom facilities are in a mess as well. I am sure there are some better conditions in the countries that are very south to us. The outside views are amazing and wish I had the same experience inside."
