"Had the best experience! immediately we were impressed by a cute store, great customer service, our food and drinks came out fast, and when they accidentally let us order something they were out of, they apologized and gave us two free pieces of lava cake on the house (which was incredibly delicious). i was also impressed by a very clean and cute restroom with a changing table, diapers and feminine products. above all, my coffee drink was one of the best i’ve ever had (highly recommend the strawberry mocha). will definitely be coming back!"

"We stopped here on a recent Saturday afternoon on the way home from our vacation, I had the chicken tender salad it was good) a BLT 2 slices of bacon so thin it was a LT) and hubby had a fried bologna sandwich and gravy. The real issue was the service, the girl that waited on us wore a black headband and glasses and was just so very rude. Hurried us to order, kept asking my husband if he was done ordering, didn't bring refills... Just no good. It really made the entire experience turn down hill. "The workers are tremendously rude! My mom brother tried to order add on a biscuit at the window the young African American lady with her braids in a bun was just flat out mean, rude nonfriendly flat out said “NO” when my brother asked can he add on a biscuit. My brother proceeds to the next window asks is it possible to add on a biscuit the young lady Caucasian lady with blue colored hair glasses said “No. You cant order. Go back through the line”. So I proceed to get out of my bed drive 10 mins to the restaurant to not only order food but see what the problem is, because why are you guys being so mean rude to my family ON THANKSGIVING??? THE ONLY positive, is that my food was fresh. Its one thing to not be able to take an order because of the drive thru timer, thats fine… but its not what they said, its how they said it. Tone, body language, rolling of eyes, snappiness. Its unnecessary! I had to ask if she knew me my family personally because what is the issue?? I spoke to 2 managers the general manager said this is not the first time she has had to get on these particular 2 young ladies about them being rude to customers!! My mom owns a salon this particular store gets talked about OFTEN for poor quality unpleasant, rude mean staff. FIX IT QUICK!!"
