"I have often protected this restaurant in the past and never had such an experience. I'll explain. The new drive by method is somehow confusing. With this device, customers who do not use an app for order can use both lanes. Usually the app line is used only for those who order it. My wife and I ordered a peach shaker and stayed in the appropriate lane when ordering on the premises. The person who took our order was very nice and professional. This is the service you are used to when in this restaurant. We waited an unusual time to get to the pickup area. Once my wife noticed how confusing the new process was and felt that he was broken. In addition, they were surprised when we told them we were waiting for a peach shaker. Some of them started laughing and snoring comments. An elderly man in this area immediately said we need a shake and was professional in his approach for us. However, a younger single name Arron who can be his name or cannot be. Beans to be respectful and unjustified. He continued with comments that created more hostility instead of trying to diffuse the problem. He went away even when we drove away. An example of a comment was after several attempts to get his name. His comment was my name Arron. I'm the grandfather. I'm running all orders. It wasn't as much as he said, but as he said. It was carried out continuously. As if, to more argumentative conversation. I am very surprised by it, based on Chic-Fil-A history. This is a business I've been supporting in Atlanta Metro since I was a kid. This kind of behavior on this chain has never seen or experienced. A constant is that this company always agrees with its business model up to its employees. I had the pleasure to talk to Mark (Manager) who spoke very professionally with me and apologized for the comments. I'm sure he'll talk about it. This young man can need additional training in terms of handling customers. I am very concerned about this incident and believe that discussion and understanding can go a long way."

"The first time here and I am back! the staff was very friendly and helpful, as I and my friend do not know the menu. they gave us the suggestion to get 2 tacos, but honestly they were so big and tasty I would just have done with one! (at pairing with the queso and chips) queso chips were also delicious and the price was very affordable for the quality of food. 10/10"

"I've lived in NY and Boston and food there is damn good. So, I'm picky. This place is as good as I've had Thai anywhere. At least with the dishes I love. I like mild spicy and they comply, every one of the stir-fry dishes are delicious and always presented beautifully. The crispy rolls, the Thai Iced Tea, Pad Thai, and their soup is great, too. I've visited many times in the last 7 years and look forward to returning. It's a small place and I wouldn't want to go when it's crowded, so I usually go off-hours. I've had a late lunch and an early dinner and people watching from the window seat is great."
