"Milk chocolate milkshakes were had over three hours ago and our appetites still haven’t returned! The shakes are delicious and very rich, so choose your drinking time carefully. Worth it though: the best chocolate milkshake I’ve ever had."

"We had afternoon tea and everything was delicious, lovely sandwiches, warm scones and tasty cakes. The cakes were proper sliced cakes and not the silly little taster cakes you can sometimes get. A lovely warm welcome from all the staff and we were given a box to take home what we couldn't eat. The best high tea we have ever had. We will definitely be going back again."

"It is a couple of years since we visited this pretty pub.We met up here with friends today for a long overdue catchup. A beautiful hot sunny day and we sat in the pretty gardens in the welcome shade of the many trees. The service was polite and slick, our food an absolute delight. The food was hot and beautifully presented and delicious . We shall return again soon."
