What User likes about Mcdonald's:
the manager in the service tonight (18/3/22 @7:30 watch young lady blonde haare; is the real definition of a manager! I called the restaurant because my order was just wrong. she was not only polite and understanding about the phone she was even better in person. she sorted the order that I had originally placed so quickly, apologised several times and also offered an additional item for the inconvenience. she deserv... Not impressed with my LARGE latte again guys!...not only have i got half a cup it is stone cold...no steam...not even any froth left it is so cold! So fed up with this...sounds ridiculous I know but when you pay extra for large...I expect large...and it happens at least 3 out of 5 visits...I don 't want to go bk and complain today because last time I did they made me wait for 10 mins for another one, they look at you...
