What Mr Loydd doesn't like about Red Lion Inn:
A nice enough pub in a good location. Only one ale on though (Harvey's). A Shame since there are other far more local breweries.On our visit their hot drink machine was broken so no tea or coffee, also no fruit juices, although to be fair, we did visit after a busy Bank holiday weekend. read more.

Nice little village pub, go here quite often when visiting family. Nice food and friendly atmosphere.

"Quirky venue this place is just as he says on the line. an old fashion barge converted for on board and on river banks. the menu is not long because the more galereed would not allow it, but the selection meets most needs of people. owner and youthful. the owner is very passionate about her caffe. I started with a huh laksa, beautiful when gently seasoned and had a baguette with breakfast ingredient inside. good speck herby sausage and i.e. my mint hot chocolate was very exhausting. my partner had healthier but also delicious food. the inner of the barge still seems very authentic. friendly chatty staff, would recommend."
