Contribute FeedbackA recent visit to the restaurant brought mixed reviews, with some patrons expressing disappointment in the slow service and lackluster food quality. Despite these complaints, there were also positive experiences shared by those who enjoyed the ambiance, service, and menu options. Highlights included the Huge Assets burger, excellent service from Denise, and a great selection of wine, beer, and cocktails. Additionally, the sushi was highly praised for its quality, quantity, and affordable prices, making it a top choice for sushi lovers in the area. Overall, while some diners were let down by their experience, others found Umami to be a delightful dining destination for a relaxing evening out.
Great ambience, great service, terrific for tourists for locals alike. I have the clam chowder and sourdough bread, melt in your mouth, loaded with clams....
Food is great, service is slow. If you are going to a theatre show, you have to be seated by 6. We were going to a show, so made a 6pm reservation for 6pm...
On paper I should just love this place. I mean, I love wine. It's got a cool look and funky seating. Maybe that's why I've tried 4 or more times. It just...
This sushi restaurant in the valley is hands down the best. The quality of sushi is incredible and the prices are unbeatable for the portion sizes. I ordered the spicy tuna combo, which included three rolls for $18 - making it only $6 per roll. The combination was filling and topped with a delicious spicy mayo sauce. The servers are always friendly and the sushi chefs work quickly to prepare your rolls. Despite the 36-minute drive, my wife and I always come here for sushi because the quality is just too good. Additionally, on Mondays they offer a 20% discount on all rolls - you can't beat that!
We received excellent service from our waiter Zack, who was attentive and charming. The food was nicely presented but a bit bland. I especially enjoyed the refreshing cucumber water, a nice touch.
