Outstanding meal. Fresh organic ingredients, large portions and innovative menu. The food lives up to its description. Only slight fault was that the tagliatelle was too thick. The filling was incredible View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Lorella:
Honestly, it was a real mixed bag. There were some nice dishes one in particular was the halibut with radishes and baby Mexican Ghurkins. But there were more dishes that did not come together like the beat salad (all dark red beats only didn't feel special and didn't taste good) and the salmon with bitter turnips and no flavor. And there were a couple that missed all together like the roasted carrots appetizer and th... View all feedback.

Perhaps this place is good every other night of the year... but our experience was pretty awful. They had run out of more than half the items we ordered— but were we told in advance of ordering? No. It took nearly an hour from when we sat down to get any food some informal toast we asked for because the kids were starving. The couple next to us was seated after us, yet was on their second course when we were still waiting for starters. And when it did come... stodgy pasta with puréed squash and no taste, flavorless flat iron steak, super basic bolognese. An apple galette someone needs to tell the wait staff how to pronounce this word was cold, dayold pastry with thick slugs of caramel slapped on top. The waitress had ‘no idea’ about the bottle of wine we selected, and didn’t offer to go find someone else who did. One of the restaurant managers tried to explain that they were busier than they had expected, and their head chef was on vacation... and yes they did give us a free dessert, but then they charged us double for an entree that they’d run out of! I wish I could be more generous, but this was the perfect storm of poor quality food and terrible service. I hope they think seriously about what went wrong tonight because it wasn’t just our table, but several others who had similar experiences…
Loved it. Cool space. Great creative food. We had halibut and stuffed delicata squash followed by chocolate creme brûlée. Definitely go back

We were three times in lorella last year and very enjoyed every visit. I have always got a pasta dish that varies because the restaurant uses locally produced and available products. others have ordered the fish or meat dishes — all reports at our table were delicious. two caves: it took a bit of time to get our meal – probably because the kitchen prepares everything before location, but they must factor in 1.25 or more hours for dinner to be sure when they go to the theater or concert. secondly, the weeping list is quite expensive, and we have not been thrilled with the by the glass choices: options limited, they seem never to have the rose, although it is listed on the menu (there are some large local roses in our opposite) some extensions of the decisions in this department would be appreciated. lorella has become one of our recommended choices to dinner in the city.
