So I ordered and the person supposed to make my food is just goofing off for like 20 minutes. I’m literally just standing there listening talk about random things just having a conversation while I’m waiting for her to get up and meal. I ordered $15 worth of food and only got $7 worth so I lost 8 bucks of food then they had nothing ready so I won’t be going back and what mad me so mad was that the lady is just talking random stuff and I was waiting so you lost a few customers. What happened was ridiculous

The restaurant is consistently good. I usually opt for online ordering, allowing me to enjoy my meal quickly.

This McDonald's location is the worst ever. They consistently mess up our orders, whether it's a simple drink or a large order. The staff is friendly, but they seem to work at a sluggish pace. If I could rate them, I wouldn't give them any stars.

The staff at Ashland McDonald's was incredibly friendly and helpful. My order was made fresh, hot, and quickly. I absolutely love this McDonald's location.
