"Everything except the cake. we visited cherio 's for lunch on Friday, although it was empty when we came in, it quickly filled with locals, which is always a good sign. we had the southwest 7-layer sandwich and the daily special that was the jumping jalapeno sandwich. both were good, only slightly spicy and satisfying without filling. the service was good and fast. we had chosen this place originally due to a recommendation from some friends and because we had heard that they had homemade cakes that we are always looking forward to. we were a little disappointed to know that the only cake (now) was crunch. not that we left without dessert. they had a lot of ice and sodabrunnen tasty to satisfy our sweet tooth."

"These french fryers were perfectly crispy and potato-y at the same time. It really added the sweetness of the ice bread (not shown). It was busy when I pulled into the drive, but they were surprisingly fast!"

"I love the Bay. Don’t let the parking lot device you, beyond the back walls, to the main area of the restaurant consists of a breathtaking beachside view of the platte river with elevated seating areas. The bay has beautiful decorations that are very vibrant yet subtle. Most of the seats are outdoor. And better yet, the food is delicious and very affordable, it’s so good I wish I went on a Heron Bay only diet! Pets are allowed and there is a bar. Among that, there are fun games to play like fickle ball and connect four. There is fun music always playing and the people and the staff are super kind. You are guaranteed a wonderful time at the Heron Bay."

"Forgot 1 persons meal, waitress very rude. Acted like we were an inconvenience. Was charged $1.99 for a dressing container of milk for our coffee. A glass of milk cost $1.99. Food was good but not very hot. Very unsatisfied!!"

"Update, July 2022: Jen is still there and amazing. I highly recommend leaving the interstate to grab a pizza! I go out of my way to stop and get pizza here! The best crust, cheese, cheese sticks, and cinnamon sticks. Jen took our order and she was AMAZING. Super friendly and was so patient when we took forever deciding what we wanted. Our food was out quickly. I wish there were more of these franchises around!"
