"Delicious food, friendly people! Highly recommend. They worked with my dairy allergy too, which some restaurants see as completely my problem. Update!! July 29, 2022. The temp outside is 110. The AC unit is broken inside Xerxes and these rockstars not only stay open but also make absolutely the most delicious kebab platter in the world. So good. Staff upbeat despitethe heat. Owner friendly. Food amazing. Thank you!!"

"So delicious!!! My husband and I had never been here before and came for our anniversary on a recommendation from a friend. Omar?s did not disappoint! The staff was so friendly and accommodating and really made us feel welcome and appreciated. I was so happy we could actually sit down for dinner and not have to take out because of Covid. I absolutely love the fact that they are a local landmark!! Fun facts, they have been in business since 1946 and are the longest running continuously operating restaurant from Portland Oregon to Redding California! Their restaurant is like stepping back in time in the best way!! It has a very warm, inviting atmosphere and their vintage feel is reminiscent of a restaurant scene from an old gangster movie! I love it! The food was A MAZ ING! the steak was far bigger than I had expected so be warned. It could easily feed two people or be several meals. We were beyond gluttonous but at Omar?s, it?s easy to be! We will definitely come back. I highly recommend visiting this Southern Oregon landmark and enjoying a fabulous meal!!!"
